Day 2 – Lead Mentor Training

Welcome to the materials and resources for Day 2 of the CTG Lead mentor Training. These materials we guide you through your learning through 2 main sessions with a reading and research related section that can be done in advance or at the time of training.

Each days material will be the equivalent of 6 hours of training and the sections will be clearly labelled to enable you to see how long the course would take if it was completed face to face with the chance for group discussions and time for personal reflection and making of notes on your learning.

Once you have completed a section, please click on the ‘Completed’ Button to allow for the system to register this.

This training will require responses top sections in written for and these could be in response to direct responses about the content or your thoughts and opinions about aspects of the role. Please ensure that you record something in each of the question areas, so that the system knows you have submitted work for a course lead to check.

These responses will be looked at by the course leads once each days training has been completed. There may be some where you cannot move on for the period of time that the activity has been allocated for you to do.
